Cancellation / Prepayment
Due to some Client's behaviors, we will have to enforce further rules regarding our Cancelation Policies. During the period of time going from December 22nd until January 5th: This is considered High season, with a deadline of 14 days before arrival for cancellation, Penalty consists of a 50% full charge on the reservation price. During the period of time going from January 5th until April 31st: Deadline for cancelation reduced to 2 days before arrival. The penalty for failing to comply consists of 1 extra night charged. At all other times, the deadline is fixed at 1 day before arrival, and no additional charged will apply. Exclusively for the guests that book on our official websites, we allows you to change dates and length of you stay up until 24 hours before, cancellations are allowed up until 24 hours in advance.
Pets
Pets are welcome in our Hotel, just let us know at the moment of booking with an Email. We accept pets that don't exceed 8 pounds of weight, and 10$ extra will be charged per animal. For more info, get in contact with us.
